Conducting the Shadowing a Leader for a Day Initiative

AU Female students meet and learn from seniors and heads of business at House of Wisdom – Sharjah. This event enables female students from Ajman University to connect with and learn from senior professionals and business leaders at the prestigious House of Wisdom in Sharjah. In line with SDG 5 - Gender Equality, this initiative promotes the empowerment of women by providing them with real-world insights and knowledge. By fostering such connections and mentorships, AUWEC paves the way for future female leaders to excel in their chosen fields, breaking through the glass ceiling and contributing to gender equality.
