Dentistry Abroad: Pathways to Becoming a Canadian Dentist

On March 10, 2024, the Ajman University Women’s Empowerment Council (AUWEC), in collaboration with the College of Dentistry, organized an insightful webinar titled “Dentistry Abroad: Pathways to Becoming a Canadian Dentist.” Presented by Dr. Anwar Adnan Al-Gertani from Toothville Family Dentistry in Calgary, Canada, the event aimed to guide aspiring dentists on the steps and requirements for practicing dentistry in Canada. Dr. Al-Gertani shared his experiences and offered practical advice to help attendees navigate the pathway to becoming successful dentists in a foreign country.
